NOTW 10

This week I wanted to you show some of my best work. It's a portrait of Miranda Kerr and a portrait of myself (you might have seen it already in one of my first posts and my instagram). It's painted on a little nail so I'm pretty proud of it ^^

Portraits

This was my very first try to paint a portrait on a nail. I remember telling my mom that I'm painting my portrait on a nail and she was like yeah right...but when I finished it she was so amazed and to be honest so was I :P.

And this was my second try. A portrait of Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr. Yes I know the eyes are too far apart but this nail was really small haha (the real nail is about 16 times smaller). I should paint some more portraits when I have time :) Any suggestions for a certain person?

One of the things I'm afraid of are rats and mice. Yes those adorable little creatures :P. The only mouse I'm not afraid of is Mickey Mouse. But who doesn't love Mickey ^^.

Last tuesday was Queensday here in The Netherlands. On this day we celebrate our Queens birthday. This week I created some simple nails (due to lack of time sorry) with the colors of the Dutch flag. Red, white and blue.

YOUR FACE ON A NAIL

HANDPAINTED BY ME

This is a portrait of Victoria's Secret model: Miranda Kerr. I handpainted this on a nail >.< I have to admit it was a difficult task and it took me about 1,5 hours. The eyes are are too far away from each other but I'm still very happy with the result. It's painted on a little nail so how critical can you be right? This is one of my masterpieces, what do you think?
